My son is finding them very useful for keeping his wrists in the correct positions during martial arts training. He's had an immediate change for the better.
Great set of lifting hooks does the job only thing I wished was the wrist padding was a little bit thicker
I'm not a fan of the Lycra look per se but my cycling endurance was limited to the butt pain threshold so I thought I'd give the cycling padded shorts a go, to wear under my Umbro training shorts. What a game changer. No more sore butt or discomfort on my daily 40km 3 hour rides. The shorts hold you firm and no leg creep. They're really comfy and I wish I'd started my cycling journey with these shorts but better late than never. So far they have washed well and are holding shape. Very happy 😁
